For new customer:

Your requires to pay your first 3 orders by pro-forma invoice (prepaid),then stocks will despatch out from our warehouse. If you wish to hold a credit account with W & S, you need to complete our credit application form. We will approve with you a 7 days, or 14days, or 30days account.

For accounted customer:

All account are strictly payable on the approved credit terms from the date of the invoice;

Goods will not be supplied to overdue accounts until the account is cleared.

Delivery time:

Normally we will take 2-4 days to despatch your order. We always try our best to match your urgent request for your delivery time, but please understand we are sometimes really busy.

Freight:

Delivery freight will be charge on your order. We can provide you a freight quotation for your approval before goods are shipped.

GST charges:

Our prices are not GST including.

Change or cancel order:

We do not accept change or cancel order once the order has been processed and despatch out of our warehouse.

Goods returns:       

Returns are only accepted if authorised by W & S and be return carrier approved by us.
